ARROW NEON · FANG VENTURES
Privacy policy
Effective October 23, 2026
Arrow Neon is created by Victor Fang and published under the Fang Ventures name (the Arrow Neon publisher, “we” or “us”). This policy covers the Arrow Neon website and its current iPhone, iPad, and browser game implementations.
Progress, your optional profile, and personal backgrounds stay on your device. Native ads and purchases involve Google and Apple, as described below.
Privacy questions or requests: FangVentures.HQ@gmail.com.
1. Progress and your optional profile
Arrow Neon saves puzzle progress, personal best times, stars, lives, hint points, streak dates, settings, and purchase/reward delivery records on your device. Browser play uses local website storage; the native app uses app-local storage. There is no game account, publisher-operated cloud save, online leaderboard, or publisher-operated profile database. The game does not upload these records to a publisher-operated game server.
Your optional name and selected fictional portrait are stored separately from puzzle progress. You can play without a profile or remove it in the Profile screen. Purchased and rewarded life balances, pending rewards, and processed transaction identifiers are retained locally to prevent duplicate delivery and recover interrupted grants.
2. Personal backgrounds and permissions
You can choose a photo or take a picture for a private game background. The game processes and stores the selected image on your device; it does not upload it to the publisher, send it to the ad SDK, or use it for facial recognition. You keep your rights in your photo.
Camera, photo selection, and saving a score card are used only when you choose those actions. You can decline permission and use bundled backgrounds instead. Remove the saved personal background from the Background screen, or manage camera/photo permissions in your device settings. The game does not request precise location, contacts, or microphone access, or derive biometric identifiers from your pictures.
Operating-system photo, file, and backup services may keep their own copies under your device settings. Removing the game's saved copy does not remove your original image from those services.
3. Advertising in the native app
The iPhone and iPad app uses Google AdMob banners, full-screen ads at level breaks, and optional rewarded videos. Verified Remove Ads ownership hides banners and interstitials; rewarded videos remain optional. Debug, simulator, and TestFlight versions may use Google test ads. These marketing pages do not load AdMob; the browser game uses labeled ad and purchase simulations.
Beginning with version 1.0.0, build 7, the native implementation disables publisher first-party IDs and publisher ad personalization before SDK initialization and requests non-personalized ads for every ad format. It does not request App Tracking Transparency permission or IDFA access. Earlier builds may use different settings. Non-personalized ads still involve data processing.
Google's advertising and consent SDKs may process IP-based approximate location, app- or device-bounded identifiers, ad views and interactions, crash reports, performance data, and other diagnostics for advertising, measurement, consent handling, security, and fraud prevention. We do not provide your profile name, portrait, private background, or puzzle progress to the ad SDK.
Google's User Messaging Platform checks consent status before ads and presents required messages. To reopen available choices, open Menu → Settings → Privacy → Ad privacy choices. Some earlier versions use Sound & settings → Privacy & about. Options depend on region, connectivity, and the messages available from Google. Core bundled puzzles remain usable offline.
4. Apple purchases
Apple StoreKit handles life-pack and Remove Ads payments. Arrow Neon receives verified product, transaction, and ownership information to deliver purchases and check entitlements; it does not receive your payment-card details. Apple processes its purchase and account information under Apple's privacy policy.
Purchase and reward records are stored locally for delivery and duplicate prevention. Restore purchases checks eligible Remove Ads ownership; it does not replenish consumed life packs or synchronize life balances. The website cannot accept a real payment.
6. Website visits and support email
These Arrow Neon marketing pages have no added analytics scripts, advertising pixels, third-party fonts, or ad SDK. The light/dark preview buttons switch sample images; they do not create a player profile or save game progress.
GitHub Pages and its delivery infrastructure receive ordinary request data, such as IP addresses, requested pages, and browser headers, to serve and secure the site. See GitHub's privacy statement. External sites have their own policies.
If you email us, we and our email provider receive your address, message, and attachments. We use them to answer requests, troubleshoot, and maintain necessary support records. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or unrelated sensitive information.
7. Retention, deletion, and privacy rights
Game records remain locally until removed through the game, browser, or device controls. Clearing website data or removing the app can erase progress, lives, points, profiles, and saved backgrounds. You can remove your profile or saved personal background separately using the game's controls. Operating-system backups, exported cards, and original photos may retain separate copies. We have no publisher-operated cloud account from which to recover or remotely erase local records.
We retain support correspondence only as reasonably needed to handle the request, keep necessary business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Hosting, store, email, and advertising providers have their own retention policies. We use reasonable safeguards; no storage or transmission method is completely secure.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, restrict, or object to processing; withdraw consent; opt out of legally defined sale or sharing; or complain to a privacy regulator. Email us to exercise applicable rights or appeal a request decision. We may need reasonable information to verify a request, and we do not penalize you for exercising applicable rights. Requests about Apple or Google's own records may need to go to that provider.
We do not sell game progress, private profiles, personal backgrounds, or support messages. Advertising-related processing can fall within legal definitions of sharing in some regions; use available ad privacy choices or contact us for assistance.
8. Processing purposes and location
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely as applicable on providing requested services, legitimate interests in support and security, legal obligations, or consent for processing that requires it. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing. Service providers may process information in the United States and other countries under their privacy terms and applicable transfer safeguards. Contact us about a specific processing activity or provider.
9. Children, changes, and contact
Arrow Neon is a general-audience puzzle game. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can address it under applicable law.
We will update the date on this page when practices change and provide any additional notice or consent required by law. For Arrow Neon privacy matters, contact Fang Ventures at FangVentures.HQ@gmail.com and identify your platform and app version.
