Your adventure stays on your device.

Updated October 21, 2026

Hurricane Hero and Arrow Neon are published by Fang Ventures. The Hurricane Hero sections describe that game; the separate Arrow Neon section below describes Arrow Neon on iPhone, iPad and the web. Both games keep progress locally and offer optional sharing, Apple purchases and Google advertising.

Game progress and preferences

The game stores your mission progress, stars, best scores by difficulty, local leaderboard entries, city discoveries and difficulty stamps, optional hero name, selected cartoon avatar, and settings such as audio preferences on your device. The browser uses local storage; the iPhone app uses its local web content storage. The game has no account, cloud save service, or online leaderboard.

These records are not sent to a game-operated server. You can remove browser data using your browser’s website-data controls. For the iPhone app, use the device’s app-data or app-removal controls. Device backup and restore settings may affect copies retained by your operating system.

Audio and permissions

Game audio uses bundled music and sound files plus locally generated effects. The landing screen requests music playback, falls back to a tap where required, and remembers your mute and volume choices. It does not use your microphone, record speech, or upload audio. The game does not use your precise location, contacts, camera or microphone. Saving a shared card may use add-only Photos access; the game does not read your photo library. The app does not request App Tracking Transparency permission or access to the advertising identifier.

Advertising on iPhone

The website shows a labeled house-ad preview and does not load AdMob. The iPhone app integrates Google AdMob banner ads below the game and full-screen ads at completed-stage breaks. An Apple-verified one-time Ad-Free purchase removes both formats permanently, unless refunded or revoked. Debug builds use Google test ads; production builds use the publisher’s AdMob ad units.

Before requesting ads, the app checks Google’s User Messaging Platform consent status and presents required privacy messages. When available, you can reopen Privacy options in the Ad-Free settings. Ad availability depends on consent status, network access and inventory; a missing ad does not block gameplay.

Starting with iOS version 1.1, build 11, the app disables Google ads personalization and publisher first-party IDs before initializing the advertising SDK. Banner and interstitial requests explicitly request non-personalized ads. These controls do not eliminate advertising data collection or replace required consent. Earlier app builds may use different personalization settings.

Google’s advertising SDK may process IP addresses (including approximate location), device or app identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, diagnostics and performance information for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. This app does not request App Tracking Transparency permission. Other advertising data can still be processed without access to the advertising identifier. See Google’s privacy policy and Google’s SDK data disclosures.

Apple purchases and ownership

The browser cannot accept payments. On iPhone and iPad, Apple StoreKit handles purchases and supplies verified transaction and ownership status to the app. The app uses verified Apple transaction information to decide whether Ad-Free is active; a website setting cannot grant a paid entitlement.

The game does not receive your payment card details. Local StoreKit and Apple sandbox transactions are test transactions. Where a production purchase is available, Apple’s purchase sheet will show its price and terms before confirmation. Apple’s handling of purchase and account data is described in Apple’s privacy information.

Shield inventory

The browser saves your starter-shield balance in local storage. The iPhone app saves shield balances, processed Apple transaction identifiers and pending activations in the device Keychain to prevent duplicate delivery and recover interrupted activations. This wallet is local to the device, is not synced to iCloud or a game server, and may remain in the Keychain after app removal. Test and production wallets are separate.

Apple handles consumable shield-pack payments. The app credits shields only from verified Apple transactions and does not receive your card details.

Sharing is your choice

An arcade friend challenge contains the starting region, layout seed, difficulty and score to beat. Tutorial challenges contain the mission and score. Hero cards include game artwork and run statistics; difficulty badges and city discovery cards can also be shared. The game creates the card locally. It only opens a share sheet, copies a link, or saves a card when you request that action. Your optional hero name is not added to challenge links.

If you send a link or card through another app, that service receives the information you choose to share and handles it under its own privacy practices. There are no automatic social posts or contact uploads.

Website delivery and external links

The public web host receives ordinary request information, such as an IP address and browser headers, to deliver the website. The website has no advertising pixels, game analytics or crash-reporting SDK. The native advertising SDK processes its own advertising and diagnostic information as described above. Core game art, code and audio do not require an external asset service.

Following a source, privacy or support link opens an external website. That website may process data according to its own policies. The iPhone app opens external web links in the system browser rather than loading them into its trusted game view.

Arrow Neon privacy

Arrow Neon stores puzzle progress, best times, lives, hint points, streak dates, settings and your optional profile name and selected fictional portrait on your device. The browser uses local website storage; the native app uses app-local storage. There is no game account, cloud-save service, online leaderboard or publisher-operated profile database. The game does not upload these records to a game-operated server.

You can choose a personal photo or take a picture for a private background. The selected image is stored on your device and is not uploaded by the game or supplied to the ad SDK. Camera, photo selection and saving a score card are used only when you choose those features. The game does not collect precise location, contacts, microphone recordings or biometric identifiers.

The iPhone and iPad app integrates Google AdMob banners, interstitials at level breaks and optional rewarded videos. Beginning with version 1.0.0, build 7, it disables publisher first-party IDs and ads personalization before advertising SDK initialization; every banner, interstitial and rewarded request explicitly requests non-personalized ads. The app does not request App Tracking Transparency permission or IDFA access. These controls do not eliminate advertising data collection or replace consent requirements.

Google's advertising and consent SDKs may process IP-based approximate location, app- or device-bounded identifiers, advertising impressions and interactions, crash information, performance information and other diagnostics for advertising, measurement, consent handling and fraud prevention. See Google's privacy policy and SDK data disclosures. UMP checks consent before ads and displays required messages. Open Menu → Sound & settings → Privacy & about → Ad privacy choices to reopen available consent choices. Declining consent may limit ads; core puzzles remain playable offline.

Apple StoreKit handles life-pack and Remove Ads payments. Arrow Neon receives verified transaction and ownership information, not your payment card details. Purchased lives, pending rewards and processed transaction identifiers are retained locally to prevent duplicate delivery and recover interrupted grants. Restore purchases restores verified Remove Ads ownership; it does not replenish consumed life packs or synchronize lives to another device. Remove Ads hides banners and interstitials; rewarded videos remain optional. A completed rewarded video grants one hint point and one stored life.

Sharing creates a puzzle card locally and opens a user-confirmed share sheet or external service. It does not automatically post or upload contacts. Your private profile name, chosen photo and personal background are excluded from the shared card. The receiving service handles information you choose to send under its own policy.

You can remove local game records using your device's app-data or browser website-data controls; removing data can erase progress and life balances. Device backups may retain copies according to your operating-system settings. The publisher has no cloud account from which to recover or erase these records. For privacy or deletion questions, contact FangVentures.HQ@gmail.com and identify Arrow Neon and your platform. Website hosts receive ordinary request information to deliver web pages; external sites, Apple and Google handle data in their services under their own policies.
