Include your iPhone model, iOS version, game version and a short description of what happened. A screenshot can help. Do not send passwords or payment-card details.
Music is quiet
Use the music button on the region screen or Menu → Sound. Check media volume. Browsers may require one tap before music starts. Audio stops while the app is in the background or a full-screen ad is showing. Your mute and volume preferences are remembered.
Find the missile guide
Tap Missiles on the region screen, Menu → Weather missiles, or the link in a region briefing. Its Easy, Normal and Hard buttons preview missile damage without changing your game difficulty.
City labels and discoveries
City labels fade after three seconds to keep the globe clear. Rotate, zoom or recenter to see them again. Visit cities in arcade rounds to discover their cards; complete a round to earn its difficulty stamp. Open Menu → City passport to browse. Records stay on this device.
Ad-Free and shield purchases
Ad-Free removes the banner and full-screen ads while the Apple-verified monthly subscription is active. Open the Ad-Free sheet for Restore purchases or Manage subscription. Apple handles billing; manage or cancel a subscription or request a refund through Apple.
Shield packs are separate consumables. Open Menu → Shields and use Check purchases & balance if delivery was interrupted. An active shield reduces missile damage by 50% for 15 active seconds. Unused shields do not expire. Balances are local to this device; restoring Ad-Free does not refill spent shields or sync another device.
Ads or privacy choices
The browser game shows an ad preview, not native AdMob. The iPhone app requests ads when eligible; unavailable ads never prevent play. Privacy options appear in Ad-Free settings when required by Google UMP. Read our privacy policy for data handling.
Arrow Neon support
Find an arrow with a clear path to the edge, then tap to release it. A blocked tap costs a life. Menu → Choose a journey offers Neon Grid and Japan; Challenge gallery has free practice retries and hints. Menu → Sound & settings controls audio, vibration and reduced motion.
Main-game hints cost one point. Three free lives refresh every 24 hours. Completing a rewarded video earns one hint point and one stored life; ads require a connection and availability. A seven-day streak of puzzle completion earns a hint point.
Menu → Shop & remove ads offers 3-life and 40-life consumable packs plus a one-time Remove Ads purchase. Remove Ads hides banners and interstitials; rewarded videos remain optional. Tap Refresh products if a product is unavailable. Apple shows the local price before you confirm. Restore purchases restores verified Remove Ads ownership, not consumed life packs. Lives and progress stay on this device; deleting local data can erase them. Apple handles payment questions and refund requests.
